These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") describe how AI Innovision LLC and Monetized Marketing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," and "our") regulate your use of the website www.aiinsightssummit.com and any related events, programs, summits, trainings, recordings, or services offered through it (collectively, the "Site"). Please read the following information carefully to understand our practices regarding your use of the Site.
The Company may change these Terms at any time. We may inform you of changes using available means of communication. We recommend that you check the Site frequently to view the current version of the Terms.
If you represent a legal entity, you certify that you are authorized by such legal entity to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

YOUR ACCOUNT
When using the Site, you are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account, password, and other credentials, and for secure access to your device. You shall not assign your account to anyone. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account that results from misappropriation or theft. The Company may refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, and remove or edit content at its discretion.
The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 16. If you are under 16 years old, you may not use the Site or agree to these Terms under any circumstances.
THE AI INSIGHTS SUMMIT & SERVICES
The Site allows you to register for and access the AI Insights Summit, related virtual events, replays, training materials, gifts from speakers, and other services. You shall not use these services for any illegal purpose.
While the AI Insights Summit is offered free of charge, certain upgrades, replay access packages, courses, or related products may require payment. All prices are published on relevant pages of the Site. We may, at our sole discretion, change any fees at any time.
We may use certified third-party payment processors, which may charge their own commissions. Detailed information about such commissions may be found on those payment processors' websites.
SPEAKER PRESENTATIONS & GIFTS
The AI Insights Summit features presentations from independent speakers, consultants, and entrepreneurs. The views, opinions, strategies, and recommendations expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of the Company. Gifts offered by speakers at the end of their presentations are provided directly by the speaker and are subject to the speaker's own terms, conditions, and delivery practices.
The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding any product, service, or gift offered by a speaker or third party promoted in connection with the summit.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
The Site may include links to other sites, applications, and platforms (the "Linked Sites"). The Company does not control the Linked Sites and is not responsible for their content or materials. The Company makes these links available solely to provide functionality or services on the Site.
PROHIBITED USES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site from one device in accordance with these Terms.
You shall not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not use the Site in any way that could disable, damage, or interfere with the Site.

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting any content to the Site (including questions, comments, testimonials, or feedback during the summit), you grant the Company the right to use that content in connection with the operation of the Company's business, including the rights to transmit, publicly display, distribute, publicly perform, copy, reproduce, and translate your content, and to publish your name in connection with it.
No compensation will be paid with regard to the use of your content. The Company has no obligation to publish any content you submit and may remove your content at any time.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to that content.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The information available via the Site may include typographical errors or inaccuracies. The Company shall not be liable for these inaccuracies or errors.
The Company makes no representations about the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or timeliness of the Content or services available on the Site. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, all Content and services are provided on an "as is" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties and conditions regarding this Content and these services, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including damages for loss of enjoyment, data, or profits — arising out of your use of the Site, its services, or the content provided during the AI Insights Summit.

All earnings and income representations made by the Company or by any speaker at the AI Insights Summit are aspirational statements only of your earnings potential. The success of AI Innovision LLC and featured guests is exceptional, non-typical, and is not intended to be — and is not — a guarantee that you or others will achieve the same results.
Individual results will always vary and yours will depend entirely on your individual capacity, work ethic, business skills and experience, level of motivation, diligence in applying the given strategies, the economy, normal and unforeseen risks of doing business, and other factors.
The AI Innovision LLC programs and the AI Insights Summit are not responsible for your actions. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and your evaluation and use of our products and services should be based on your own due diligence.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its managers, directors, employees, agents, speakers, and third parties for any costs, losses, expenses (including attorneys' fees), and liabilities arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or its services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of third parties, or your violation of applicable law. The Company may assume the exclusive defense of any matter, and you agree to cooperate in asserting available defenses.
TERMINATION AND ACCESS RESTRICTION
The Company may terminate your access and account to the Site and its related services, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, in the event of your violation of these Terms.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms shall be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You shall not use the Site in jurisdictions that do not give effect to all provisions of these Terms.
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is implied between you and the Company as a result of these Terms or your use of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms shall be a derogation of the Company's right to comply with governmental, court, police, or law enforcement requests or requirements regarding your use of the Site.
If any part of these Terms is determined to be void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable clause similar to the original, and the remaining sections of the Terms will continue to apply.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior communications and offers.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, natural disasters, embargoes, riots, government actions, terrorism, war, or any other force majeure event.
In the event of any controversy, demand, claim, dispute, or cause of action between you and the Company relating to the Site or these Terms, you and the Company agree first to attempt good-faith negotiation, and, in case of failure of such negotiation, to resolve the matter exclusively through the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
